Jonas Astrup is Head of Development and Innovation at Meyers Madhus, Copenhagen. An institution dedicated to culinary dissemination and teaching, consulting programs for the private and public sector, product development and activism. He as co-written a number of cook books, developed several succesful retail products and is a regular guest lecturer at the Integrated Food Studies program, KU.
Jonas has a background in Food Science & Technology from University of Copenhagen and has worked at the once acclaimed Nordic Food Lab.
